We are happy to get to know you and hear what is happening in the neighborhood. That is why every Monday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm we hold a consultation hour in the wijkhub at Oude Watering 204. In addition, we more often go into the neighborhood for door-to-door visits, so we can meet residents personally and talk about topics that are on the street or in the neighborhood.

Do you have a general question? Please contact our customer service via 0104408800 or visit one of our service desks, for example the desk at Rotterdam Zuid near metro station Slinge. Would you like to contact someone from the neighborhood directly? Please contact our neighborhood manager Willem via 0646 764552.

Woonstad rents approximately 600 homes in Beverwaard. You may not see us every day in the neighborhood, but behind the scenes we are very active. Together with Woonbron we share a neighborhood office at Oude Watering 176. From this location, Social Manager Puck, Neighborhood Manager Willem and Project Manager Corlinde dedicate themselves daily to a pleasant, safe and livable neighborhood. On Mondays we are usually present in the neighborhood.
