Woonstad rents about 600 homes in Beverwaard. You may not see us in the neighborhood every day, but behind the scenes we are very active. Together with Woonbron, we share a neighborhood office at Oude Watering 176. From this location, Social Manager Puck, Neighborhood Manager Willem, and Neighborhood Project Manager Corlinde work daily for a pleasant, safe, and livable neighborhood. On Mondays, we are usually present in the neighborhood.
