Rond Den Haag en op het vliegveld Ypenburg werd fel gevochten. Onze strijdkrachten wisten de Duitse aanvallers te stoppen in hun poging ons Koningshuis en de regering in handen te krijgen. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator alignfull has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Vele landgenoten hebben deze strijd met de dood moeten bekopen, zijn gewond geraakt of hebben gebeurtenissen meegemaakt die van invloed zijn geweest op hun verdere leven.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op vrijdag 10 mei 2024 vonden op Ypenburg twee herdenkingen plaats. In de ochtend op het B\u00f6ttgerwater bij het Monument van de Grenadiers en Jagers en in de middag bij het Monument Slag om Ypenburg op het ILSY-plantsoen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hieronder een aantal foto&#8217;s van de herdenking op het B\u00f6ttgerwater en de kranslegging bij het Monument Slag om Ypenburg.
